I built HealthyLifeOS because the apps my family used for sleep, food, water and workouts each knew one thing and none of them knew the person. A bad night showed up in nobody's plan the next day. The watch had the data; the apps never read it together.
So we made one coach that reads all four, every morning, from the devices you already own — and says one thing worth doing today. And because the people who worry most are often a state away, we added a Care Circle: you set it up and pay, your parent just uses it, and you know they're okay without a phone call.

What we promise
Your data is yours. Encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, never used for ads. Sharing happens only inside your Care Circle, with people you invite, element by element.
No guilt. No streaks to protect, no calorie shaming, no "no excuses" voice. The goal is deliberately small: feel better than you did yesterday.
Honest numbers. If your device didn't measure something, the app says so instead of inventing it.
A real week free. Nothing to buy to start, nothing to cancel. You choose at the end of the week; the price is on the screen before anything is charged.
